Refund and Cancellation Policy

gulabchandtrends.com follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.  Our Policy for the cancellation, return & exchange will be as follows:

 Cancellation Policy

  • For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link.
  • Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please write to us at care@gulabchandtrends.com to request a cancellation.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

  • As an important part of our value chain, we accepts returns.
  • Product can be returned only if found defective or not as described. Refund will provide against Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
  • Customer need to contact within 3 days of Delivery.
  • If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to whatsapp us at 7878009624 or mail us at care@gulabchandtrends.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pickup facility is free. Please note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin codes. In this case customer is requested to send back the product with customer name and mobile on it.
  • Clearance sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
  • Exchange are allowed on size issues only.Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product not in stock.
  • Exchanges are available only through our website. In-store exchanges are not accepted
  • Exchange are allowed for a one-time exchange only.
  • Exchange not accepted due to color difference.  10 % color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  • Exchange not accepted due to minor design and colour variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.

  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?From the time of shipping – it will take about 5-10 days for your international order to reach you.
